Experience 2 Years minimum Key Responsibilities: • Fair understanding of Loan and Debt Market instruments Term Loans, NCDs, Commercial Paper (Secured, Unsecured, Market linked Instruments), ECB, DA, PTC, etc. • Responsible for Liasioning with Institutions including Public and Private sector Banks, NBFCs, Investors, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, etc. • Fair Understanding of Legal Documentation and liasioning with Lenders legal counsel and in house legal department, Security Trustees, Rating Agencies and other intermediaries. • Fair understanding of Financial Modelling including bank CMAs and able to build and interpret financial models and Cashflows. • Initiating and monitoring the deal from scratch till the closure of the transactions. • Negotiating and pricing the Debt program to meet the organizational goal of borrowing at best possible rates. • Experience of monitoring and reporting of covenants; calculation and reconciliation of interest payable, preparation of replies of the queries/ observations of the lenders etc. • Fair understanding of the periodical compliances ( Monthly / Quarterly / Sem-annually/ Annually) of the Lenders. Domain Preferably NBFC Treasury/ Corporate Treasury/ Bank Credit Department Skill set • Excel expertise /Financial Modelling/Loan documentation/Compliances related to Trustees and banks (in line with RBI and SEBI guidelines), • Securitisation knowledge (DA/PTC), • Bank Credit Memo Up-dation, Financial Analysis. • Good communication skills as drafting of various communication will be required for external agencies.
